This locking fuel cap is made of aluminum with a mill finish, vented design, and comes with a safety chain and crossbar. It meets the 49 CFR 393.67 requirements for vehicles built after October 1985. The cap has 5.5 threads per inch and a 3 1/2 inch nominal size.
